Functional Fitness at One on One Fitness

Our passion for sports and fitness has inspired us to become functional performance coaches and fulfil our purpose of impacting lives on a daily basis. Our athletic careers and coaching experience inspired us to continue challenging young athletes and adults to reaching their aspirations. Using movement as medicine we are able to establish and continue healthy movement patterns and progressively increase stability and mobility throughout the body. We never want to build speed or strength on top of dysfunction. Combining these two philosophies will attribute to faster results and a higher quality of effective functional performance for a longer duration of time.
