Summer 2016 Youth Performance Training!

Strength & Agility Training for Youth – 4 x’s per Week

Our passion for sports and fitness has inspired us to become Performance Coaches.  We will establish and continue healthy patterns and progressively build speed, strength, power, and agility while maintaining and increasing flexibility, stability, and mobility.  

Sessions led by Zack Clow, CFSC, CSAC & Amanda Youngers

May 31 – July 21, 2016
Age 8 to 12 – $500 for 32 x 1 hr. sessions
Age 13 to 18 – $800 for 32 x 1.5 hr. sessions

Week 1 & 2 will be after school.
Weeks 3 – 8 will be morning sessions.
