Membership Options

At One on One Fitness we help you reach your health and fitness goals! We know that each of us are at different stages in our life, with different health and fitness goals, so we have provided different options to help you succeed:

Monthly Membership:

Our fitness club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We know that life gets busy, and that exercise needs to fit in on YOUR schedule, not ours. You have the option to have $30 Electronically Transferred from your bank account each month, or get a discount and pay $300 for the year in cash or check! We will then give you access to the fitness club at any time through a key card assigned specifically to you! There is s a $20 one-time non-refundable deposit fee for the key card.

Personal Trainer:

Meet your health and fitness goals with a personal trainer at One on One Fitness! A personal trainer keeps you accountable to your health and fitness goals and can push you past where you can push yourself. We have several personal trainers available, with different techniques, personalities, and approaches on our staff. One of them will be the perfect fit for you! A Personal Trainer is only $300/12 sessions. These sessions are 3 times a week for 30 minute intervals. Personal trainers are available from 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
