Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist Training for the past 17 years has taught me many things. The most important? Not enough people understand the benefits and importance of exercise and proper diet. My goal has been to create a way to educate more people on the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition. I am ready to help assist you in reaching your personal health and fitness goals.

In addition to Personal Training, the development of the Corporate Fitness program has allowed me to reach more people at a given time and location. Working on-site creates an environment to encourage team building and learning experiences along with the fitness and nutrition education provided in each class.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Stacy Stutheit, NSCA-CPT. As a trainer, I hold two International Certifications in Kettlebell, Orange Kettlebell Club (OKC) and International Kettlebell Sport and Fitness Academy (IKSFA).

I began personal training at One On One Fitness in 1996. I have learned so much in 17 years about the importance of exercise and proper nutrition, and have dedicated my career to helping others on their journey to better health.

I was introduced to the fundamentals of the Russian Kettlebell, or Girya, in 2011. I believe that there is no single piece of equipment that is so versatile and yields such amazing results in muscular strength, balance, endurance, power, agility, coordination and mental fortitude as the Kettlebell.
In addition to personal training, I also offer individual Introduction to Kettlebell sessions and advanced group Kettlebell sessions.

John Novak
John Novak is a certified personal trainer, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife resources. Health and Fitness was his passion while pursuing these degrees. He has been a group fitness instructor in the past and enjoys seeing his clients succeed in their health and fitness goals.

Playing high school and college level sports gave him his interest in working out and he is thoroughly looking forward to helping clients reach their goals. John has tried numerous workout plans and techniques and is always looking for new ways to introduce clients to fitness goals, as well as advance clients in their fitness goals.
